Payment Policy: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and cash.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out is required by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Liability: Ksar El Kabbaba is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take precautions and use the in-room safe provided.
